Helibug Core7 LITE Conversion Kit for Trex 700
Designed to convert Trex 700 Nitro into a
Gasser Helicopter using Zenoah RC Series of Engines

Now, also available with 16T Helical/Slant Pinion compatible with 112T
helical/slant main gear from Align
THIS KIT IS ONLY AVAILABLE 16T HELICAL PINION TO GO WITH ALIGN TREX 700 112T

Remember: Helibug designed gas clutch beats Zenoah clutch 'Hands Down'
: Zenoah clutch is never designed for airborne applications.
With excellent track record worldwide, Helibug recommends HB7-RC Conversion
kit with Lynx Gas Clutch over any Gas RC Helicopter
Helibug, first to design a Gasser conversion
using Zenoah Clutch !
This kit is designed to convert Trex700 Nitro into Gasoline Powered Helicopter
using Zenoah RC or CY RC Style engines
This new and updated design have gone through many revisions/refinements to make
sure that the flying machine is robust/hardcore and long lasting without
replacing any bearings.
We have adopted a proven design with a good track record, used in HPI Baja from
years. Known to last long without any issues with the transmission.
Another key design element is a concentric running transmission.
As you can see from our design, this whole transmission is attached right on the
engine, makes it run concentric and smooth as silk
Designed for Zenoah RC Series Engines (G230RC to G290RC or CY Zenoah Clone

WARNING: The radio
controlled model helicopter built from this conversion kit is not a toy and
is not meant for children. It is a flying machine capable of causing
property damage and serious bodily harm to both the operator/assembler
and/or spectator if not built and operated correctly and responsibly.
Rotating components, especially the main rotor blades, are an ever-present
danger. Model helicopters operate differently than model cars and airplanes.
Helicopters by their nature are not positively stable, meaning that even if
properly assembled and adjusted, helicopters will not recover from an
unwanted flight attitude, nor will they hold any particular orientation
without constant control inputs from the pilot.
IT IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROPERLY BUILD,
MAINTAIN AND OPERATE HELICOPTER.
HELIBUG has spent considerable time making this product
reliable and easy to build, but only the operator can insure that it is
safe. Because the safe operation of this helicopter is beyond the control of
the Manufacturer and distributor, the owner/operator assumes all risk of
use.
