Align Trex700 Clutch bell with Blue Liner
The new clutch bell from Align with a 'blue' clutch bell
liner is the best upgrade from Align. This clutch bell
uses thicker clutch liner. It has a much better gap
between the original Trex700 Nitro Clutch and the Clutch
Bell.
I highly recommend using Align Trex700 Clutch with the
NEW Align Trex700 Clutch bell
There is no need to upgrade to Lynx Gas Clutch as
original the "Gap" with the older Align Clutch bell was
unacceptable for gasser performance. Also, there is no
need to fix any tolerances for the Trex700 clutch to fit
into the bell as it is factory adjusted for the best
performance.
100% compatibilty with the Trex700, flyers can benefit
from not only Lynx Gas Clutch, but, also QuickUK
standard and HD clutches along with the Lynx stock
Trex700 Clutch. More choices of clutches to choose
from !

Helibug is proud to announce Thunderbird Gasser
Conversion - a very long-awaited Gasser Conversion for
ThunderTiger Raptor 90.
We have received many requests for this state-of-art R/C Helicopter Gasser
Conversion.
It took us a while to come up with a very unique and 'simple to convert' design.
This new conversion for the Raptor 90, is one of the most simplest conversion
produced by Helibug.
Simple installation without dismantling the whole Helicopter. Only require
replacing the metal stock
side frames one by one along with few steps to install the RC Engine. There are
no links to replace or adjust, no relocation of any parts at all. All
electronics stays at its stock location.
We have kept the total required parts count to minimum to reduce all up weight.
If something is not
required, its not there.
As always, Helibug keeps it Simple
Side frame material is 0.125" thick (>3mm) G10/FR4. That's >0.5mm thicker than
stock Raptor 90 Side frames.
We have also replaced the stock clutch/clutch bell/pinion. Our conversion uses
Trex-700 Clutch set.
Easily available anywhere along with few upgrade clutches from third-party
manufacturers.
This conversion kit is designed to use a 10oz fuel tank under the nose of
Helicopter inside the Canopy. Fuel capacity is good from 10-15 minutes of flying
- depending on the type of flying you do and the power of engine you select to
install in your helicopter. For longer flying time, its possible to use a bigger
fuel tank.
Our conversion kit supports all available main gears for Raptor 90 (from 90T to
95T). 14T pinion is
supplied with our Conversion kit. 91T stock main gear will give you 6.5 Gear
Ratio.
Good for >1900 Headspeed.
To get the best out of RC Engine, we mount the engine from Top and bottom for
vibration free 3D
performance. You will also need 8 pieces of Frame Mounting Blocks (HN6019) from
Trex600 to complete this
conversion. 4 pieces will go on Engine mount plate and another 4 will go on the
baseplate.

Rotating components, especially the main rotor blades, are an ever-present
