HB7-PUH-V2 Gasser Conversion Kit for Trex 700
Designed to convert Trex 700 Nitro into a
Gasser Helicopter using Zenoah PUH Series of Engines
(Zenoah G231-PUH or G260-PUH)
Align Trex700 Clutch bell with Blue Liner
The new clutch bell from Align with a 'blue' clutch bell
liner is the best upgrade from Align. This clutch bell
uses thicker clutch liner. It has a much better gap
between the original Trex700 Nitro Clutch and the Clutch
Bell.
I highly recommend using Align Trex700 Clutch with the
NEW Align Trex700 Clutch bell
There is no need to upgrade to Lynx Gas Clutch as
original the "Gap" with the older Align Clutch bell was
unacceptable for gasser performance. Also, there is no
need to fix any tolerances for the Trex700 clutch to fit
into the bell as it is factory adjusted for the best
performance.
100% compatibilty with the Trex700, flyers can benefit
from not only Lynx Gas Clutch, but, also QuickUK
standard and HD clutches along with the Lynx stock
Trex700 Clutch. More choices of clutches to choose
from !

Choosing the right Pinion (Gear ratio) for your
Flying Style
This is the most common question we receive from Buyers...."Which Pinion should
I buy?"
Here is a brief selection criteria you should use when buying this kit.
16T Pinion (7.18 Gear Ratio)
16T Pinion is best for sports/mild 3D flying, so if you are a sports/mild 3D
flying, it is highly recommended to use this gear ratio.
17T Pinion (6.76 Gear Ratio)
17T pinion is best for sports and a good level of 3D flying. so, if you are a 3D
pilot/sports flyer, this gear ratio is best for you.
20T Pinion (5.75 Gear Ratio)
20T is only made for Extreme 3D Pilots. Although you can fly sports with 20T
pinion but, its not recommended to use this gear ratio for sports flying.
Please note, if you plan to use a Modified RC Engine, than its highly
recommended to use 16T Pinion (7.18 Gear Ratio)
My personal recommendation is to use 17T Pinion for all flying styles !

WARNING: The radio
controlled model helicopter built from this conversion kit is not a toy and
is not meant for children. It is a flying machine capable of causing
property damage and serious bodily harm to both the operator/assembler
and/or spectator if not built and operated correctly and responsibly.
Rotating components, especially the main rotor blades, are an ever-present
danger. Model helicopters operate differently than model cars and airplanes.
Helicopters by their nature are not positively stable, meaning that even if
properly assembled and adjusted, helicopters will not recover from an
unwanted flight attitude, nor will they hold any particular orientation
without constant control inputs from the pilot.
IT IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROPERLY BUILD,
MAINTAIN AND OPERATE HELICOPTER.
HELIBUG has spent considerable time making this product
reliable and easy to build, but only the operator can insure that it is
safe. Because the safe operation of this helicopter is beyond the control of
the Manufacturer and distributor, the owner/operator assumes all risk of
use.
