Forward Engine Mount

There is nothing special in converting Trex700 with this conversion kit. The only addition from the manual is mounting of Zenoah Engine. Below is the step-by-step pictures as installation instructions

 

Install the clutch mount included in the kit

 

Install Engine Mount Plates on the Engine

Install Clutch on Clutch Mount

 

Prepare Base Plate just like its done on stock Trex700

 

Keep these mounts loose on the skids

 

Install Engine on the Base Plate

 

Stock Engine Mount Installation on the frame - Note: Must be install from Inside the frames

 

Thats how it should look from outer side

Note: Install it keeping the notch forward on the Engine mount

Optional third bearing block location under the main gear (Thanks to Align for keeping the main shaft longer)
