Helibug Core7 is the most strongest kit currently available in the world for a 700/800 size r/c helicopter. Core7 is designed with the most robust clutch system from hpi baja with original bearing block for extreme stability and capacity. Core7 is designed for a wide range of professional use including Amateur FPV, Aerial Photography/Filming, UAV, Drone, Autonomous, Surveillance and Agriculture.

Helibug, first to design a Gasser conversion using Zenoah Clutch !

This kit is designed to convert Trex700 Nitro into Gasoline Powered Helicopter
using Zenoah RC or CY RC Style engines

This new and updated design have gone through many revisions/refinements to make sure that the flying machine is robust/hardcore and long lasting without replacing any bearings.

We have adopted a proven design with a good track record, used in HPI Baja from years. Known to last long without any issues with the transmission. Using HPI Clutch carrier with bigger bearings, as originally designed for these clutch bells

Zenoah clutches transfers a lot more power to the clutch bell compare to stock 700 clutch. using originally designed clutch bell carrier is the key to stronger and better design.

Another key design element is a concentric running transmission.
As you can see from our design, this whole transmission is attached right on the engine, makes it run concentric and smooth as silk

Designed for Zenoah RC Series Engines (G230RC to G290RC or CY Zenoah Clone Engines
Highly precise aluminum parts
All 3/16" (4.75mm) thick T6061 aluminum plates machined with very tight tolerances
Lighter then HB7-RC kit
Excellent Balance and Performance
No Vibrations at all with a stock engine
Slots for pinion block makes this kit to use any gear ratio from stock 8.2 down to 4.1 (from 14T stock pinion
up to 28T Pinion) without changing side frames

10oz fuel tank (goes under the nose of the helicopter - Bigger tank for longer flying time can also be used)

This kit uses all standard M3 screws (Included)

No Engine preparation required. Engine bolts on to Open-Source without any modification

Once installed, Engine can be easily removed just by removing the two M5 bolts from Engine Mount and screws from the Baseplate
